I think Pagans or Wiccans can believe in Jesus and not be a Christian. Most who chose to recognize Jesus do not see him the way Christians do therefore they are not Christian. They might see him as a link to God, a healer, a spiritual guru or whatever. Only if they accept him as their one and only lord and savior would they be considered Christian
